The Apostle Paul was a “Marketplce” Minister. God has called each of us into our callings. God desires to reveal His glory through every person on Earth. This faith-and-work movement began in 1930 when it was formed by the Christian Business Men’s Committee (CBMC.) Quote from Gregory Pierce, in his book Spirituality At Work. There is a Church in the Workplace—we are that Church. The Body of Christ, connected with each other. The Challenge/Opportunity of the MarketPlace. Christians spend the majority of their off-work time with other Christians. We spend the majority of our best awake hours per day in the marketplace working where God has planted us with non-Christians. I believe God has clearly given us mandate to spread the gospel and reproduce “as we go and wherever we go” in our daily lives. The first words God said to the first man: Genesis 1:28- “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth” The Prerequisites of Effective MarketPlace Ministry. Grow where God has planted you 1 Corinthians 7:24– “Beloved, each man, as responsible to God, should remain in the situation God called him to.” Sharing Christ with Others (1 Peter 3:15-16). But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. In order to accomplish the Vision of Earthnet: Greatland College & Bible Institute Nigeria alongside BIGA Outreach Ministry International Inc, we utilize Christian Volunteer Tarn and staff who dedicate their time, energy, and resources to Christian Education. Our roles are on part-time, remote, unpaid basis. Volunteer roles are performed by committed Christians who follow biblical stewardship principles. We do not force ministers to serve but rely on their assurances to the ministry and the Great Commission. With this Special Tarn, we are looking to fill vacancies in our updated organizational structure. Applicants for regional-level positions must be residents of one of the countries in the region for which they are applying. Applicants for Deans, Heads, Directors and lecturing roles are expected to have at least a Master’s degree (PhD being a plus) and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a higher institution. All other roles require at least a Bachelor’s degree except those applying for Field Officers, Missionaries, Evangelists and Pastors are expected to possess O’level, Advanced Certificate or Diploma in a specialization.
